Everything just flowed very well. The whole thing was very well explained to us.

I think the personal attention to detail was great and the follow up afterwards was fantastic. They guided me through all of the requirements and processes very well. When I collected the car they explained all of the features of the car in detail. I had one before but this was a new model so that was really important.

I phoned O´ Learys and it was one dealer that answered me, and I wasn’t sure what colour Tiguan I wanted, and while he was on the phone to me he was able to tell me what was in the compound and what was available and how long getting particular colours would take. He didn’t push me but encouraged me. My first car was a Volkswagen in 1977 and then went from 1983 to now without a break, I always have had a Volkswagen. I found them very courteous, he got back to me when he said he would. We did a deal, he told me it would be ready on the day. I’ve also received calls from them asking was I ok. It was just a very positive experience with a great follow up. I’ve been to other dealerships but they had the best follow up.
